Currently recruiting for a strategically experienced HR Business Partner to join a large consumable manufacturer supplier within its global HR function based in Cheshire. The successful experienced HR Business Partner will provide a true generalist HR Business partnering resources to my client’s organisation and people strategy. SALARY: £45,000 - £50,000 LOCATION: Cheshire COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: Chester / Warrington / Stoke on Trent / Chester / Macclesfield JOB SPECIFICATION: The business requires a credible HR Business Partner whom has the ability to lead implementation / enhancement of human resources strategy and business wide practices within an evolving HR structure to a global business. A forward thinking human resources specialist who can demonstrate a true understanding for OD, Talent Management, Change programs and Employee relations. The role will incorporate the following areas of specialism RESPONSIBILITIES: * Advise on organisational policy matters, support initiatives of change regarding functional and organisational structures, and guide on implementation programs. * Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits. * Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing local human resources requirements; supporting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organisation at government offices. Advice business units on legal requirements, including local customer union if applicable. * Supports and manages local jobs and salaries structure, seeking for an appropriate internal equity, keeping it competitive, motivated and suitable to our results. * Support Regional Talent Acquisition. Providing consultation and assistance during the recruitment processes. * Analyses benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements, assessing benefit needs and trends. Proposes changes as needed. * Support management team, to analyse training needs to design employee development, based on Performance Management System, PP+D tool, and job profile. * Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates. REQUIREMENTS: To be successful in becoming the new HR Business partner you will need to demonstrate a proven track record and knowledge around all generalist HR functions within a fast paced services or manufacturing background. (Preferably within a unionised environment). Essential Skills: * CIPD Qualified or equivalent Human Resources specialisation degree. * Can demonstrate experience within a similar commercially focused HR team. * Able to demonstrate previous leadership around organisational resource planning implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies programs and practices. * An up to date understanding of employment law legislation. (Local legislation knowledge essential) * Possess the ability and experience of HR communication delivery at all levels.
