Estimator Hitchin Salary £Negotiable Starting As Soon As Possible Estimator required for a regional contractor based in Herefordshire with projects covering the midlands and the south. Our client are looking to increase there already successful team to bring on board additional experiences surveyors due to the continued growth. Covering projects with values from £500k to £5million this construction company are looking for someone who will have similar experience and contracts of this value. Projects include Commercial, Industrial, Education, Leisure, Retail and Healthcare therefore experience with NEC & Framework contracts would be essential. Key Requirements: A minimum of 3 to 5 years experience as a Estimator Experience working with a comparable House builder Relevant Estimator qualifications Maximize profit and cash levels at all times Manage and reducing risks to the business Ability to control numerous projects at any one time Able to deal with tough negotiations and pressures of fast paced environment So if you are looking for a new challenge, you have the relevant experience as listed above or you are looking to further your career then please apply now.
