Lettings Administrator - Residential Lettings - Central London. Our Client has been established since mid-1980s; the company aims to deliver an exceptional service and coverage throughout the London area. They pride themselves in their consistent achievements and diverse portfolio. They are currently searching for an individual who is available to start immediately. They are a full service estate agency located across London, seeking for a Lettings Administrator. The Role: Progress the paperwork involved in new tenancies and offer administrative support. Collating and managing tenant references and ID documents. Sending out tenancy documentation and answering tenants queries. Arranging check- in appointments and inventories. Point of contact for property management department with office/file queries. Updating the website and window displays. Meeting and greeting clients. Chase outstanding business and ensure it is transacted efficiently. Dealing with email correspondence on a daily basis. Liaising with other offices with property information and updates. Lettings and sales progression. Office administration support to HR Manager and Fleet Manager. The Person: The applicant is likely to have experience of working with lettings packages such as CML, CFP, Veco (or similar); they should also have good administrative skills and relevant expertise within a lettings agency. The candidate will be self-motivated, friendly and outgoing. They will also need be confident in liaising with clients, both internally and externally. The candidate will further need to be a team-player, however also have initiative and ability to work well under pressure.
