Elevation Marketing are currently recruiting a stand-alone Senior Marketing Executive for an exciting IT services organisation in the West Yorkshire area. This is a brand new created position within an exciting start-up business and is a fantastic opportunity for someone to be the companies first marketing professional. Based in the Leeds area, and reporting directly to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will be an integral part of the team where you will take responsibility for the following activities:-. *You will work closely with the MD to develop an effective marketing strategy to identify growth areas across the business and provide a clear strategy on how marketing can impact that growth. *You will develop social media activity, analysing successful channels, driving new business through social media, writing engaging content and responding to customer engagement with the best interests of the company. *You will implement a multi-channel marketing approach across a multitude of channels including but not limited to; PR, direct mail, email marketing, events, communications and digital. *You will organise and support events, webinars and whitepapers from conception right through to delivery and ROI reporting. *You will develop commercial and insightful online blogs and news content. *You will manage external agencies. Elevation Marketing would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:. *A Marketing degree or CIM qualification is desirable. *Extensive experience within a B2B marketing role, technology would be advantageous. * A good understanding of social media, digital and an array of marketing platforms. *The successful candidate will be very personable and hungry to develop their career over the long term. *Excellent organisational, attention to detail and written/verbal communication skills. *Professional, self-motivated and enthusiastic with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines. *Experience of using a CRM system. *Experience of managing PPC & SEO campaigns.
