About the role As our Egton project manager you`ll be responsible for ensuring successful project management and delivery of Egton products and services for the EMIS Group. You`ll look after the project lifecycle, whilst reporting and delivering a portfolio of projects across Egton. Day to day you`ll need to scope, plan, deliver and report upon, within agreed timescales, budget and quality benchmarks. Another side to the role will be the matrix management of a number of key stakeholders across the business, ensuring that all aspects of delivery are achieved. There is also a requirement for specific projects to be delivered in line with contractual requirements and to comply with external 3rd party assurance processes. This role will be office based in Leeds with occasional travel. Our team This role will sit in the Egton project management team, working alongside a team of 4, including other project managers and a project management officer. You`ll receive guidance and support from the programme manager. Who you will be We want to make sure you`re set for success so the key skills we are looking for in the role are below; * proven project management experience using formal project management methodologies including PRINCE2, preferably gained within a technical project delivery environment * experience of project reporting and project life cycle management tools * superb communication skills, both verbal and written * excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills * any knowledge of the healthcare IT market would be ideal Who we are We work in every major healthcare setting, providing technology, information and health screening.
