My client, the world's leading online luxury fashion retailer is seeking a Principle UX Designer / Head of UX Design to join on a permanent basis and help build, drive and manage a new UX design function. Reporting into the Head of Ecommerce, you will be responsible for driving organisational best practice and ensure continued advancement is at the forefront of UX and Customer-Centred design. In addition, you will manage senior stakeholders and be responsible for owning the global UX strategy for the business. To be suitable for this vacancy you will:. - Have a at least 8 in UX Design. - Have delivered in a Head of UX / Principle UX Designer capacity managing & building design teams. - Ideally have experience within the online retail industry. - A good understanding of different mobile operating systems. - Exceptional customer-focus with deep knowledge of ecommerce, usability and experience design. - A good understanding of user workflow, mobile interaction design, information architecture and industry best practices. - Outstanding communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate idea and designs. - Extensive experience creating detailed annotated wireframes, user journeys, and user flows for complex web & mobile development projects. - Experience using tools such as OmniGraffle, Sketch, Axure, InDesign, and Keynote.
