Travel Studio Implementation Co-ordinator.  As a market leader in the travel sector we seek a Travel Studio Implementation Co-ordinator to lead on the implementation of Travel Studio & other systems to our global business. As part of this major project the role of Travel Studio Implementation Co-ordinator will deliver: · The preparation and implementation for the migration to a new quotation engine. · The support of sites with their use of Travel Studio. · Assist in the delivery of training to staff members at all levels across the company using a range of methods (individual, group, and remote). As an established and successful business in the Travel and Transportation sector. Due to a number of major projects they need an experienced Travel Studio Implementation Co-ordinator to prepare, and deliver training to staff members at all levels across the company using a range of methods (individual, group, and remote). As a Travel Studio Implementation Co-ordinator you will be responsible for driving the most efficient and cost-effective use of the system in accordance with the goals of the business. Support the rollout of new functionality and releases whilst establishing and maintaining relationships across all sites to help ensure levels of system use remains high. Responsibilities and Accountabilities for Travel Studio Implementation Co-ordinator: · Develop a complete working knowledge of Travel Studio & quotation engine and its implementation at different sites across the company. · Develop an understanding of the local operating environments and work towards assessing individual/ group training needs across the organisation · Assist in the development of training materials and training programs. · Assist in and deliver training on a group, individual, or remote basis as required. · Assist in establishing and maintaining a library of reference documentation and procedure manuals prepared in support. · Assist in supporting in-house teams during application development, testing, implementation as required. · Assist with analysis work and testing. Skills and Abilities forTravel Studio Implementation Co-ordinator · Excellent written communication and presentation skills · Comfortable facilitating individual/ group training activities · A passion for imparting knowledge and for driving maximum business benefit · Ability to communicate with business representatives at all levels in the organisation · Experience in interacting with both local and virtual project teams and comfortable working in a geographically-distributed and matrix-managed environment · A self-starter requiring little direct oversight in performing short term and long term tasks · Appreciates the need to maintain high standards of customer service when interacting with all levels of company employees Education and Experience · Experience in a similar role in a tour operator or online travel company · Experience in working with Travel Studio (even as a user). · Experience with other products such as MS Office This is an exciting opportunity at a time where we are undertaking a major invest in our reservation systems and staff. The role will involve international travel.
