My client, a luxury designer eyewear brand, is looking for a Store Manager for their new store opening in Central London. The Role: •Meet and strive to exceed target key performance indicators for the branch •Lead team to meet individual Key Performance Indicators •Coach and develop team in order to maximise their potential, increase performance and encourage retention •Maintain knowledge of local competition and any factors that impact performance •Proactively working with Area Manager to develop new business initiatives and events through networking and marketing tools •Manage all stock control and delivery procedures in the branch •Manage till systems to ensure correct use by self and team Profile: Strong people focus and commercial drive You have desire to grow a long term career You have a high level of energy and tenacity You must have previous management experience  Full optical knowledge and experience Qualified Dispensing Optician (DO) registered with ABDO and the GOC is a plus  If you are able to offer all the above and would like to discuss this career opportunity in more detail, please apply with your CV via the link below.   Due to the high volume of applicants only successful candidates will be contacted.
