Our client, a highly regarded global Investment Management organisation based in London is looking for an HR Business Partner (VP level) to join the lean EMEA HR team. Reporting to the Global Head of HR, this position will support a number of front office and infrastructure client groups, supported by an HR Advisor and 2 HR Assistants. The role includes: HR Advisory, HR Strategy, HR Projects, Employee Relations, HR Operations, L&D / Talent and Resourcing, working closely with the business. More specifically, the role will include: HR Advisory Employee Relations Policy HR Strategy HR Projects Learning / Talent working closely with the L&D team Reward working closely with the Reward team Reporting / Analytics Stakeholder Management (up to CEO level) in a high touch and visible role Coaching The successful candidate should have the following: Track record as an HR Business Partner / HR Manager (VP level ideally) within a global investment management and / or financial services organisation Employee Relations HR Project Management Stakeholder Management Degree and / or CIPD (preferred) Our client is a highly regarded global investment management company based in London.
