Internal Verifier Construction Our client a training provider Improve Your Skills is an innovative training company based in the north west and due to expansion is currently seeking to recruit Assessors / Verifiers to deliver its wide range of training courses in a number of different disciplines as follows: Ideally, each Tutor or Assessor will be multi-disciplined (e.g. customer Service / Business Admin; Employability & Functional Skills) with proven experience and competency within their subject areas as detailed on your CV. Qualifications for Tutors / Assessors / Verifiers will include: * HSC, PTTLS, or DTLLS and D32, D33 or A1 (TAQA) and Functional skill Level 2 minimum or equivalent GCSE Maths and English. * Training, Assessment and Quality Assurance - TAQA. Otherwise a V1 or a D34 IV Award. * Candidates with TAQA will be qualified to act as an internal verifier. * A1 and A2 assessor awards and the V1 internal verifier award. * QCF qualifications including: Apprenticeships, Functional Skills, Technical Certificates, NVQs, Awards, Certificates and Diplomas. * Cert Ed / PGCE. In addition, the ideal candidates will possess the following skills and qualities: * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * An enthusiasm for training and the sharing of your knowledge and experience. * Attention to detail. * Full driving licence with use of own vehicle.
