Commercial / Corporate / Employment Solicitors Highly regarded Law Firm is seeking ambitious associates to grow and expand their Leeds office. Corporate / Commercial Solicitors required to: undertake a mixture of corporate and commercial property work including: company formations, commercial agreements, business sales and purchases, shareholder and partnership agreements, commercial leases, development projects and commercial premises sales and acquisitions. Employment Solicitor required to: deal with all aspects of employment law and advise on a wide range of individuals and private, public and third sector clients with regards to employment law, HR and TUPE issues. Candidates will ideally have well-established case-loads and will be committed to the growth of these departments within the organisation. Excellent rates of pay with up to 40% performance related bonus.
