Head Chef for a busy Gastropub out side London up to £35,000 including  up to £35,000 basic salary,  £4000 bonus,  up to £6000 cash and card tips also company shares,  pension, 28 days holidays, healthcare, dental care insurance  and other benefits.. We are looking for a Gastropub Head Chef for permanent role in a Pub in Crawley, Surrey The Head Chef must be an experienced chef who has a passion for cooking and be able to follow company set menu maintaining standards. The successful candidate must have already proven management skills and be an effective man manager. We will also consider an experienced sous chef for the position.  The pub operation consists of people who are competent and flexible to work depending on demands of the business.  The ideal candidate would have previous experience working for a pub or where the menu was already set by the company, you need to be from a high volume gastropub background that generate between £35,000 to £45,000 sales per week. The ideal Head Chef will have a great understanding of producing a freshly made meals using the ingredients chosen by the development chef. Supervise a team of up to 8-12 chefs, has a broad understanding of organizing, delegating and getting things done in a timely manner.  You will be required to work up to 48 hours per week on five out of seven days per week.  If you are a great team player and fit the above criteria then we would like to hear from you.
