Job description:
Our high techn well funded client in Birmingham seeks a Systems Analyst, to convert their business requirements into system requirements and specifications, in line with the solution's High Level Design. Working with Business Analyst collegues. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including External Suppliers, our Client and Internal Departments. Work closely with our internal delivery team and suppliers to ensure that system requirements are understood correctly and delivered in a fit for purpose state; producing accompanying systems analysis artefacts as required. Contribute to the testing of each system change, including the writing of system test scripts, documentation of results and defect management. Assist the Solution Architect with the impact assessment of Change Requests, contributing to the design and analysis of system solution options. Contribute to the identification of system issues and provide recommendations for future improvements and produce system documentation for new and existing system features; maintaining records of key system configuration items and changes. Experience of working with and configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011. Experience of using the UML specification for the production of logical and system models. An understanding of web application architecture. Background in or experience of one/or all of the following: Call Centres, Estates and Property, Medical Assessments, Government Contracts. Experience of writing and executing test scripts. Proven requirements gathering, process mapping and system modelling skills. Strong planning, communication and presentation skills. - Experience of designing, analysing, supporting or implementing software applications. - A solid understanding of the development lifecycle. - Proficient in the use of Visio and/or equivalent tools to document processes, system models and wireframes.
