JOB DUTIES : Duties include: To be courteous and efficient at all times. Adhere to set procedures for cleanliness and condition of cutlery and crockery. To ensure that the lounge / restaurant is fully stocked and ready for customer service. Ensure that customers are served food / drink in the correct manner e.g. clean glasses, plates, cutlery etc. To have the ability to silver serve as and when required. Ensure guest comfort. To move around ensuring that customers are served promptly. Carry out cleaning procedures as and when required. To ensure to carry out docket and ordering procedure, and to ensure that everything is charged to the appropriate table or room number. To ensure prompt and accurate billing procedures.
