GI Group are recruiting for x2 Sales Quality Reviewers to join work within a compliance function for our client who are an Award Winning Mortgage Broker based in Derby. Job Purpose To join a growing team who are integral to protecting the companies business against risk as well as providing an important support function to Mortgage Advisers, Business owners and Field compliance team. The role will be office based. Key responsibilities: * Reporting to compliance operations manager * conducting sales quality reviews: assessing advice documentation, providing feedback to individuals and business owners, ensuring that remedial actions are completed within required timescales. * Contribute to management information on sales quality outputs and issues to help identify trends and support board discussion on risk management * Provide a second line of support to Advisers, Business owners and Field Compliance Managers on process and policy queries * Support Business change through input onto system and process changes that affect Compliance Person Profile The ideal candidate will either have experience of working within a compliance function, or advising within the regulatory role, and will be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, posses good communication skills and be able to work as part of a team.
