FIFE HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE PARTNERSHIP FIFE WIDE DIVISION MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES – WEST FIFE COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH NURSE REF NO: FW211/08/16LB SALARY: £26,565 - £35,577 BAND 6 - HOURS: 37.5 An opportunity has arisen for a Community Mental Health Nurse Band 6 post based within West Fife Mental Health Services. Applications for this post are invited from experienced RMN’s, able to demonstrate enhanced skills, knowledge and experience working with an adult client group presenting with a range of mental health problems. As a mental health nurse you will join a service that is continually developing to meet the mental health needs of the population, the CMHNs work within a dynamic locality mental health team which is committed to multi-disciplinary working with strong links to both inpatient and other community services. You will have experience of team working, problem solving, flexibility, high-level communication skills, continuing personal development and change management. You will have day to day responsibility for managing your workload and a commitment to partnership working with a range of stakeholders is also essential. You will receive a comprehensive induction package and supportive educational development. We are committed to Mentorship/Preceptorship, clinical supervision and personal development.
