The department will consist of. twenty L&D professionals working across our UK brand portfolio and involved. in all aspects of designing and developing learning strategies, through to. measuring learner performance. Our Trainers/Assessors will help to complete the end to end. process of our peoples learning and development journey. This role is field. based with extensive travel to work across all brands and branch locations. visiting and assessing a case load of learners in their workplace. Responsibilities. will include:. Sign up and delivery of initial Induction. training onto the apprenticeship programmes to include Customer Service, Team. Leader/Management &Warehousing/Distribution. Maintaining documentation on learners records. including completing ILPs and learner reviews. Creating learner portfolios to awarding body. standards. Supporting learners to gain all parts of the. apprenticeship framework including functional skills and achievement of. employee rights and responsibilities. Assess and verify competence and knowledge to. ensure we have highly skilled and motivated colleagues in our business. You will be. required to:. Have certificates in Assessing Vocational. Achievement D32/D33/A1/TAQA. Good standards of Literacy/Numeracy. Liaise effectively at all levels of the business. - communicating successes and helping to resolve failure which keeps the. learning journey moving. Experience of training and delivery of apprenticeship. frameworks including functional skills and assessment, preferably within a. retail, customer service or hospitality environment, would certainly add value. to your application. Knowledge of SFA/OFSTED and Quality Assurance. practices would also be advantageous. A full driving. licence is essential.
