As you would expect we are looking for a talented individual to join our sales team, selling a combination of new and/or used vehicles, with a wide range of finance and insurance products. You will have the ability to quickly establish and build rapport with customers. You will also possess a clean driving licence and will either already be FCA approved or willing to be trained. As you would expect in a retail sales environment the working hours of this role cover the hours that our customers visit our dealership. The working pattern involves working approximately 45 hours per week, working on a rota between 8.30am to 7pm and includes weekend working - after all the weekend is when our customers want our time. Your earnings potential is directly within your control. A Sales Executives within our Group can expect to earn circa £32,000 per year although you can earn well in excess of this for above average performance and many individuals earn well in excess of this amount and your earnings can exceed £40,000 per annum.
