Handle Recruitment is working exclusively with a global media agency to find a PA to support their busy Director of Finance and manage their buzzy, open plan office. Candidates available on a short notice period are preferred. The agency are a leader in digital media and online services and operate globally. This role is great opportunity for a candidate wanting to support a senior stakeholder on a 1:1 basis, and take the next step up in their career. Sitting within an open-plan, fast-paced media environment, you will play an important role in helping to organise the work of the Finance Director and his wider team, providing a blend of traditional PA and more project-led support. PA to Finance Director - The Role The role consists of PA Support to the Finance Director (70%) and support to his wider team and light office management (30%) Sending out correspondence on behalf of Management Diary management Organising meetings and booking meeting room facilities Preparing papers for meetings Assist with event planning Organising travel, Visas and travel itineraries Sorting expenses Assist Managers direct reports PA to Finance Director - The Ideal Candidate This is great opportunity for an experienced PA to take the next step in their career. Media experience is not essential, however, the role sits within in a fast-paced, buzzy office and candidates must be able to fit in well with this environment. Candidates who are on a short notice period are preferred. On top of this you will need: Excellent Word, Excel and Outlook skills Ability to undertake diary management Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) Good relationship management capability, including dealing confidently with senior management Willingness to learn new skills Enthusiastic, confident and a team player Flexible and positive approach to work Excellent attention to detail Organised and able to prioritise and meet deadlines. A strong ability to self-manage will be critical given the multiple stakeholders you will be working with.
