Pathway Healthcare provides high quality care and support for adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour.  Our services specialise in providing personalised care in a homely and supportive setting. Cabot House, our Crawley service, is a friendly and caring home providing residential care for up to 9 service users. As a Bank Support Worker, you will work as part of an experienced and dedicated team to deliver a high standard of care to our service users.   Providing practical and emotional support with their daily living, we work with our services users to ensure they can enjoy as much of an independent lifestyle as possible. Previous experience of working in a similar environment is essential along with good communication skills.    A level 2 qualification in health and social care is desirable but not essential and you will receive on-going training and development to support you in your role.   As a bank member of staff, you will be offered shifts to cover for absence and holidays as and when required. A full driving license is essential for this role, as you will be expected to drive the House Pool Car taking residents to and from activities and appointments.
