Agency Cook Required Harmony Recruitment and Development Ltd. £8.00 per hour - £8.50 per hour Harmony Recruitment currently has a number of opportunities for Cooks/ Chefs throughout the Dumbarton area suitable for those with a flexible approach to working. Main duties/ accountabilities of the role: • To provide a meals service to tenants. • To ensure all food hygiene and health and safety standards are met. • On a daily basis prepare, cook and serve meals to the tenants as part of a team. • To prepare menus in consultation with the tenants; being aware of each tenants special cultural, dietary and health needs relating to our client group, and undertake necessary changes of the food preparation. Essential Requirements Include: • SVQ Food Preparation Level II or equivalent. • REHIS Elementary Food Hygiene. All successful candidates will be subject to a PVG check. This vacancy will be paid at the rate of £8.00 per hour initially and will increase to £8.50 per hour after 13 weeks consistent employment - subject to Terms & Conditions. A driving licence is preferred although not essential.
