Senior Electronics Systems Engineer - Shirley, Birmingham - Salary dependent upon experience- Permanent This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Senior Electronics System Engineer to join a prestigious Tier1 automotive supplier who are a world-leading developer of EPS products. The successful Senior Electronics System Engineer will be part of a group developing ECU designs for a range of products covering our client's portfolio of steering products. What you will do As a Senior Electronics System Engineer you will, - Undertaking product FMEA generation through to detailed component level - Manage FMEA Process and co-ordinate contributing FMEA team. - Support Customer Interfaces and Reviews: Present status and detailed content to customers. - Support Safety Analysis: Generate FMEA data in support of ISO 26262 work products and processes. - Support Verification and Test: Generate FMEA data in support of verification and test activities. - Support Design Teams: Provide design teams with direction resulting from FMEA analysis. What you will need As a Senior Electronics System Engineer - Educated to degree level (in a relevant subject). - Minimum of 2 years` experience of FMEA generation. - Experienced in electronic design, analysis. - Experience in key safety analysis processes (e.g. ISO 26262).
