Responsibilities include: * Collaborate with the Product and Customer Experience Managers to lead business analysis for the overall Digital function including Define and validate detailed requirements and process / experience mapping, to facilitate effective development solutions * Identify, plan, and conduct design activities within a multi-disciplined team for all stages of development lifecycles (planning, estimation, execution) * Ensure that customer experience, technical, financial and QA targets are met * Be accountable for design and development delivery targets * Work with offshore team to ensure the necessary resources are allocated to meet objectives in the delivery cycle * Undertake QA and output checks EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: * Strong Digital business analysis and technical design skills * Experience of Agile development practices and techniques * Development experience building applications for customer focused...
