Your new role   Working as the Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading Finch Insurance Brokers sales team, driving the businesses new sales performance as well as generating your own clients via professional connections and your network. Finch have a strong track record in attracting new clients through their relationship led approach and widespread professional connections in the UK market. They are keen to attract an experienced and well connected Sales Director who can offer leadership on corporate relationship development as well as effectively generate new clients themselves. What youll need to succeed   To succeed you will need to have exceptional relationship development skills, evidenced within the mid to large corporate sector in the UK. Applications from individuals within the insurance sector are preferred, although candidates from other professional services sectors such as banking, corporate finance and legal will be considered. Key to achieving success in this role is the ability to develop high quality relationships with board level connections in corporate organisations where turnover typically exceeds £30m.
