Candidates must be motivated, confident, hardworking and professional,along with an appreciation of the ethical importance inrecruitment. You will be confident speaking to candidates and clients atall levels, with a solid commercial focus and the ability to manage your own time. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as areexceptional organisational and time management skills.
