Company Details: Synechron Limited forms part of a global organisation which is a recognised leader and expert in building business value for global financial services and Fortune 500 companies.   The Group has in excess of 4,500 staff worldwide, including industry-recognised and published experts in Enterprise Architecture, Information Management, Data Warehousing, Integration Architecture, Web services and Business Intelligence.  Synechron Limited has had a presence in the UK for a number of years and overtime has built upon its reputation.  The company is expanding the UK business and is seeking Business Analysts.  The successful incumbents will be required to work on important client-related projects.   * Writing and evaluating Models and simulations to calculate risk for capital allocation, capital adequacy, leverage ratio requirements; * Experience in Limits, Analysis and MI * Manage and map data and process flows and functional designs * Understand and develop risk-adjusted performance metrics; and * Re-engineer business processes and implement lasting solutions. * Design remediation data programmes * Interviewing and managing key stakeholders; * Documenting use cases and as-is processes; * Training fellow business analysts and training junior analysts Skills Required: * At least a Bachelor's Degree * Knowledge of investment banking * In-depth knowledge of Credit Risk, Market Risk and Liquidity Risk; * Ability to work in on complex mathematical model simulations, limits analysis and reporting * Ability to work closely with clients, Senior Directors both externally and internally and ensure that the business requirements are appropriately translated to functional specifications; * Solid understanding on capital markets domain and corporate finance; * Strong experience in Risk modelling and quantitative Analysis (RWA,CVA) and experience in various risk simulations such as Monte Carlo and Black-Scholes; * Exposure to business process modelling, data modelling and the development of business cases; * Exposure to regulatory compliances such as Basel 2/2.5/3, Vickers Commission etc. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Salary: Competitive * Location: London, UK * Closing Date for application: 23rd Feb 2016 * Sa
