We are seeking experienced SAP JVA Senior/Principal Consultants. You will be part of a dynamic, market leading SAP practice joining as a Senior/Principal SAP Finance Consultant, with a deep specialism in SAP Joint Venture Accounting (JVA). Responsible for leading design and configuration streams within complex SAP solutions, you will need experience of working in large multi-stream projects containing challenging business process design and change management issues. Day to day activities includes: Lead Consultant for process design and gap analysis to SAP functionality within the business blueprint project phase, including influencing of key business stakeholders. Configuration lead in SAP including management of system testing, legacy data mapping and integration to other modules and legacy applications. Familiar with the specification of non-standard SAP enhancements, interfaces, forms and report design. Essential Skills / Requirements • Excellent consulting skills are a pre-requisite, with strong client facing consulting capability (this is a high contact client facing role). • Articulate, and can provide written documentation to a professional standard. • Extensive experience of SAP projects (typically more than four full project lifecycles, and performed the role of lead consultant in at least two of them). • Able to design & configure core SAP JVA / FI/CO modules / sub-modules to provide SAP solutions. • Expert knowledge in Joint venture accounting and integration with Finance. • Expert knowledge of UK statutory financial reporting requirements, management accounting techniques and integration points to other SAP modules. • Customer and business focused with a business benefits and process optimisation focus • To be able and willing to work as a senior FICO lead to suit business demands • Proactive and willing to teach others and contribute to overall internal capability within the JVA and overall finance areas • Experience and knowledge, including specific industry processes and the SAP solutions supporting them, in one of the following sectors: oRetail oUtilities oLocal Government • Have a desire to specialise in SAP solution sales and delivery, and be able to travel extensively to achieve this (100% mobility required). • An accountancy qualification is a distinct advantage • Experience in pre-sales and sales activities, including effective contributions to both bids and client presentations. • Ability to manage and work with onshore/offshore model. The Salary offered to the The SAP JVA / Finance Senior/Principal Consultant will be dependent on experience and grading in the interview process. The SAP JVA / Finance Senior/Principal Consultant must be fully mobile and can live anywhere in the UK but must have full rights to work in the UK without requiring work permit sponsorship. Our clients will require you to provide documentary proof, prior to joining the Company that you are entitled to live and work in the UK.
