Harvester are currently looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the team at the West Green. We have an exciting opportunity to lead our team at West Green Harvester, Crawley Leisure Park.  This business is ideal for an individual wishing to take on their first General Manager role. This is a very exciting opportunity to join the Harvester team and the wider Mitchells & Butlers group What you’ll do in this role You’ll be responsible for managing and training your team to consistently deliver attentive customer service, whilst meeting your businesses targets. Your attention to detail means that you’re on top of every element of running your business from front of house and kitchen, through to staffing, inventory, entertainment, local marketing and finance.
