Registered Nursing Home Manager, Oswestry area, Shropshire Salary: Circa £45k per annum - negotiable Experts2care are pleased to be recruiting a Registered Nursing Home Manager for our client in the Oswestry area. The company are a leading Care provider with many homes across the UK. The home is based on the outskirts of Oswestry, is purpose built and offers residential and nursing care for the those with physical, mental or neuro disabilities. This exciting role would suit a Deputy Manager/Unit Manager/Senior Staff Member with staff management experience looking to progress or an experienced Home Manager. Ideally you will be nurse trained but there is strong clinical support so it is not 100% necessary. Main duties for Registered Home Manager: As the Registered Home Manager you will be responsible for leading a team of care staff to deliver high quality, person centred care, within your home. The main responsibilities of the job include: · Maintaining standards as per CQC requirements and other regulatory bodies. · Budget monitoring to ensure that EBITDARM is met. · Maintaining occupancy which will include marketing to ensure occupancy meets budget requirements. · Management of quality assurance audits and actions. · Management of a staff team to include training, supervision, sickness & absence, etc.
