The Production Team Leader plays a key part in ensuring that the production team delivers the industry leading customer service and the quality products which underpin our worldwide reputation. In this role you will assist in the day to day supervision of the Photographic Production team and will motivate and organise the team, managing performance and assessing training needs/providing the required training. Making sure we provide excellent customer service whilst being responsible for H&S and day to day plant/machinery maintenance will also be key responsibilities of this role. To be successful you will need to have manufacturing experience, a professional approach to the supervision of people and processes, and experience of providing quality customer service. Being highly organised with an eye for detail, having good levels of literacy and numeracy, and good verbal/written communications skills are also essential. Previous staff management experience is desirable, but is not essential as training will be given. Also desirable is experience of continuous improvement techniques, an understanding of mechanical machinery, and experience in the Print or Print Finishing industry.
