Description The role of the Sales Consultant - FMCG, reports into the Head of Location Fieldforce and is based in our clients West London offices in Kensington Village, a short walk from Kensington Olympia mainline station, Earls Court Tube station and West Kensington Tube station. The objective is to develop new business wins within the FMCG Sector for our range of products and services that include: Consumer Data, Analysis, Insight & Knowledge Brand potential location analysis Product location strategy Retail partner catchment potential analysis Location planning consultancy Geo-marketing software The role will typically be working with mid/senior level contacts to understand their business challenges, strategy and objectives, identify pain points and craft a solution that drives value for their organisation. You will be able to deliver insight and teach them the benefit of the business analysis, have a high energy, solutions selling approach and sell solutions that can range from £5,000 to £200,000+. This sales position is particularly rewarding, our client can provide: Strong sales training, development and mentoring First class product and service knowledge A highly motivated and successful sales environment A very competitive compensation structure Profile The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre, with at least three years sales experience, preferably in a marketing services, information or FMCG business. Highly organised Excellent presentation and communication skills (both verbal and written) Commercially astute and profit focussed Experience: The candidate must be able to demonstrate a successful track record in new business development Has had some formal and acknowledged Sales Training in the last 2 years Has used and is familiar with CRM technology as a fundamental part of the sales role Has sold into and has good domain knowledge of the FMCG /CPG Sector Job Offer £30-50,000 Base Salary, dependant on experience.
