Taking customer service seriously, our client is seeking a hands-on electrical engineering professional (with a driving licence), to cover a territory around Peterborough and provide exceptional levels of service. As a Field Service Engineer, the specifics of your role will involve working as part of the Maintenance Team to support customers' Electrical, Door Entry,fire and warden alarm systems. You will work across Peterborough and the surrounding area, visiting customers and ensuring their systems are working perfectly. In this multi-disciplined role, you'll be provided with full training, a vehicle, a tablet, a uniform and plenty of knowledge about the products. Your side of things will involve having a customer focused attitude and the skills listed below. Working closely with the Planners, you'll also advise Regional Service Managers and work hand-in-hand with customers to ensure their needs are met and they are left feeling safe and secure. To be considered, you'll need:. Electrical engineering experience. A full driving licence. As a Field Service Engineer, you will have superb communication and interpersonal skills as well as a positive 'can-do, will-do', attitude. Organised and willing, you will have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise and multi-task effectively.
