Job Title: Direct Sales / Sales Executive / B2B Sales x2 Location: This role is located in Aldgate East (London, E1) Salary: £20k - 23k basic plus highly competitive bonus OTE 35 - 40k per annum Position: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 9am-5.30pm Start Date: Immediately This organisation is currently recruiting for bright, enthusiastic team members to join their vibrant agency. Job Role: We are looking for 2 Sales Executives with an immediate start date to join our growing company. Working here you'll be dealing with all aspects of sales, account management which will involve a hands on approach in getting the best out of every campaign. Key Responsibilities: * As a valued member of the team you will be responsible for generating new business sales over the phone selling online recruitment advertising * Maintaining relationships with clients * This is a key role within the agency with the aim to generate new revenue streams whilst creating long lasting profitable relationships with companies Key Skills and Experience: Essential: * Experience in B2B Sales * A drive to achieve targets * Excellent communication skills * Motivation to work autonomously Desirable: * Experience in working in a similar role * Knowledge of the recruitment industry * Knowledge of media sales Benefits: * Excellent Salary 20-23k (dependent on experience) + Monthly Commission + Bonus * Excellent OTE's of £35,000 * Duvet Days * Team incentives and monthly prizes * Regular social activities * Excellent earning potential for the more ambitious * Full training given * Opportunities for progression within a growing organisation Our openings available begin immediately, please send us an up to date copy of your CV.
