Evening PowerPoint Specialist Monday to Friday 2pm - 10pm £38,200 Permanent Ref:EvesDTP A fantastic new permanent role has become available working for a successful global financial advisory firm based in the heart of the City just by St Pauls tube station. This new evening role will be working for 2pm - 10pm Monday to Friday on a full time permanent basis. This role calls for an experienced Senior Desktop Publishing Specialist to join this prestigious City Investment Firm on a permanent basis. Our client are looking for an experienced DTP/Presentations individual who is looking for a new challenge. The successful individual will need to have an advanced skill set on Word, Excel and PowerPoint, you will work as part of a team liaising closely with clients to produce pitchbooks, tender and graphic material. The role will also include liaising with bankers and managing the DTP/Presentations operating process. The key responsibilities will include: Building strong relationships with the team Communicating regularly with the Presentations Manager and highlighting any team/client needs Ensuring the client is communicated to at an appropriate level and appropriate frequency Building a professional and working relationship with all clients Undertaking reasonable ad hoc duties as requested by the Presentations Manager Identifying new development opportunities to enable improvements in the operational services Ensuring departmental/company procedures are adhered to at all times The successful candidate must have the following skills to be considered: Excellent client focus with brief taking ability Good written English and proofing skills Ability to work as part of a team High level of customer focus and confidence Possess a critical eye in terms of accuracy To have good organisational skills so that work can be effectively planned and prioritised Proven experience in presentations environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proactive, self-managing, and sensitive to fast paced, client driven environment Sense of initiative, and display an adaptable and flexible approach Ability to deal with highly sensitive and confidential information If this exciting opportunity to work for a global financial firm fits your current job search and you are looking for an evening shift working the hours of 2pm - 10pm on a permanent basis, please send your CV to Gemma Grima-Brown at HYF today.
