Working as part of a small but lively team who's brief stretches across Europe and America, we have an opportunity for a Paralegal./ Sernior Administrator The role will include drafting and proofreading legal agreements, preparation of summaries of contracts, the drafting of resolutions and powers of attorney, arranging for legal documentation to be notarised or apostilled. You may also be required to undertake some legal research and assisting in investigating case studies for potential litigation, arbitration, law suits and disputes across a wide variety of legal areas within our industry . A part of the role will include ensuring that our policies and procedures relating to contracting are complied with and also assisting the team who provide advice with regards to legal standpoints/areas of contention/risk mitigation across a variety of internal functions . Ideally you will have higher qualifications in Law, however we are seeking a person who has strong organisational, prioritisation and time management skills. You should also possess a fine eye for detail and have highly developed skills in reading and not phased by the challenge of the comprehension of legal documentation, The LPC qualification is useful but definitely not essential If this sounds of interest then please do apply.
