IT Infrastructure Analyst - Central Brighton - £42,253 Role We are looking for an Infrastructure Analyst to administer and maintain all aspects of the TPR infrastructure. The post holder will play a key role in all BAU support along with taking an active role within technical projects. Responsibilities You will: Provide support to company infrastructure, ensuring tasks and Service Desk calls issued are allocated and resolved in accordance with business requirements, in a timely fashion. Represent the Infrastructure team as and when required at project meetings Analyse problems raised and identify permanent fixes. Build Servers to meet the company standard build policy, utilising proactive monitoring tools, where possible. Create and maintain clear and comprehensive support documentation and procedures - how to guides, topology diagrams, etc. Assist with capacity planning and management of the infrastructure landscape. Provide exceptional service to all business customers. Maintain good relationships within the team and in the wider business. Daily monitoring of all aspects of the IT infrastructure, ensuring a high degree of reliability and performance of TPR systems. Strong knowledge and proven experience of Microsoft Server Operating Systems, from 2003 through to 2012R2, Active Directory and Group Policy maintenance, design and troubleshooting Excellent working knowledge of MS SCCM and associated technologies Microsoft MCSE essential, VCP & CCA are desirable O365 Administration and maintenance, along with proven experience of administering Exchange 2010 Administration Experience of MS SQL 2005 through to 2014 Proven knowledge of Network technologies; DNS, DHCP, DFS(r) and TCP/IP networking. Proven knowledge and experience of storage technologies, including SANs and NAS devices Excellent understanding of Citrix Presentation Server and XenDesktop. Proven experience of VMware, such as vSphere and vCloud, inc vMotion, DRS, HA, virtual machine provisioning etc. Excellent understanding of Networking; Cisco/F5s Inc. VLANs, ACLs, Routing, WAN & LAN Load balancers. Past experience with Microsoft CRM and/or document management systems. VOIP technology and infrastructure. Experience of working with enterprise class monitoring tools.
