Changing Minds IAPT Service is seeking to employ a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner PWP based at Willowbrook Health Centre, Corby. The position will be full time and will require the post holder to travel between geographical areas, when required. The role will further develop low intensity service provision within Changing Minds IAPT Service. This is an opportunity for experienced low intensity workers who are committed to this model of delivering psychological interventions. In addition, there is a significant case management and clinical supervision component to the post. Candidates should be enthusiastic and able share their interest and passion, and to develop these qualities and skills in others. The post holder will take on a leadership role with IAPT low intensity/Wellbeing workers under the direction of the Team Manager. You will receive excellent support in this role, including skills development and supervision. You will be joining a friendly, dynamic team and be part of the countywide service.
