Interaction Recruitment are seeking an experienced Groundsworks/Civils Site Manager for a permanent position with our client that opearte across the Country. Due to the nature of the work/varying site locations, you will be required to offer flexibility around working away through the week as and when required, with full accomodation costs and mileage covered. The successful applicant will have at least 5 at Site Manager level, with at least 3 of these being related to Groundworks/Civils. Duties to include: · Supervising and motivating site operatives, completing Risk Assessment and Method statements (RAMS) · Carrying out regular toolbox talks relevant to task on site, · Liaison with project management and statuary authorities. ·Ensuring workers operate in a safe and diligent manner. · Ensuring quality assurance and site records are completed, recorded and reported on to for senior team and contracts management. · Production of accurate weekly site costings · Order/delivery reconciliation, substantiation via photographs with signed record sheets, · Management and reporting of programme ensure critical dates for handovers are achieved, whilst events leading to probable issues are notified as early as possible. · Ensuring plant is operated and maintained in accordance with manufacturers guidelines and operatives are utilising tools fit for purpose in accordance with RAMS.     If you feel that you have the relevant experience to be successful in this position please contact Ross Buchannan on or email your CV to ;     Note: Due to the vast amount of applications that we receive, it is not possible for us to contact all applicants, therefore if you have not heard from us within two working days then unfortunately your application has not been successful on this occasion, however we will register your details for consideration against future opportunities.
