Job description:
LNR Future Solutions are currently working with a small nursing home in Bedford. The nursing home offers nursing care to younger adults with physical disabilities. The nursing home is currently recruiting for a registered nurse RGN to work full time on either days or nights. The registered nurse RGN should have completed their qualification and have a valid NMC pin number. The nursing home offers nursing care for adults with complex needs therefore 6 months post qualification clinical experience is required. The successful nurse RGN will be responsible for administering medication, assessing all aspects of the residents care, producing individual care plans and maintaining accurate records. The registered nurse RGN or RMN will be expected to have a complete understanding of safeguarding vulnerable adults act and the mental capacity act as well as the NMC guidelines. The successful nurse RGN or RMN should be able to focus on patients needs while respecting their dignity. The registered nurse RGN or RMN must also be extremely organised, proactive, and be able to use their initiative to maintain the high standard of care. The nurse should have a passion for working with the elderly and experience in Dementia would be beneficial.
