Site Manager - Tier 1 Main Contractor - East London - Construction - New Build Job Title: Site Manager Location: East London Industry: Construction Type: Permanent Salary: £50,000 -£60,000 + Package Our Client are a leading Main Contractor, who carry out a range of projects in the New Build, Commercial and residential sectors. Their projects range in size from £20m to £100m+ in value. They are based in East London, and have a superb portfolio of high-profile clients in the London market. Our client are seeking a Site Manager, to take the number 2 position for a mixed use residential and commercial. Working on a £65m project comprising of 148 one to four-bed residential units over 6 floors, including basement parking and commercial units at street level. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in the London market, working on commercial, residential, and mixed-use schemes. As Site Manager you will be able with demonstrate working knowledge, and proven experience of delivering demanding and complex projects. Our client succeed in producing proven, on-time and on-budget delivery in challenging environments. The Site Manager will have a strong career background with evidence of long term employment with previous contractors and must have SMSTS, CITB and CSCS and First Aid.
