Based in Bedfordshire working for a leading Manufacturer of Instrumentations the Quality Manager will be responsible for daily management, direct and manage activities related to incoming, internal and external quality in pursuit of world class overall quality performance. The Quality Manager will be responsible for coordinating company-wide activities to effectively manage and drive the performance and development of the quality management system along with Continuous Improvement, developing policy deployment in support of company breakthrough goals. Identifying breakthrough activities, resource them appropriately and apply Kaizen activities to archive breakthrough targets. Develop and drive a quality culture, team and process base to ensure smooth business growth and management succession. Key Tasks and Responsibilities *Manages daily activities of the quality department in analysing and communicating quality data. *Engage in planning and execution of quality related activities and countermeasures. *Work with Operations teams to drive the effectiveness of the quality management *Implements Standard Work, 5S and DBS culture to drive quality and customer satisfaction *Manage continuous improvement through regular reviews of companies quality performance supported by action plans *Develop and monitor monthly individual key performance indicators. *Manage the company ISO and UCAS quality management system *Ensures all associates are knowledgeable of, and comply with, all work policies and Quality system requirements. *Coach, train and counsel associates to improve performance. * Other duties as assigned To be successful in this position the Quality Manager will have the following skills and experience *Excellent communication skills, demonstrated change management *Data...
