A fantastic time to join this leading global agency as a social media and content Account Manager, in their digital and content team, working with renowned FMCG, retail and travel brands. The Role. *Client day to day contact for timely advice/consultancy. *Generating social media creative content ideas and building content programmes for clients. *Creating, developing and managing events for online content. *Overseeing creation of content as well as managing third party suppliers e.g. production companies. *Lead teams providing monitoring programmes and actionable insights to clients. *Run/design social media advertising programmes to support content. *Contribute to business development through pitches, proposals and marketing activities and networking. *Helping to up skill the wider agency and guide/mentor junior team members. The Ideal Candidate will have strong experience in a progressive communications agency, being part of a digital and social media team *Significant hands on social media experience and community management (essential)*Impressive track record in generating ideas for social media content *Familiar with social media tools, particularly monitoring/insights platforms and content calendars (essential). *Have experience of working with major FMCG and/or retail brands (desirable). *Able to implement social media advertising to support content campaigns (desirable). *Have worked with global clients crossing languages and cultures (desirable).
