Job title: Technical Administrator

Do you have excellent IT skills and an eye for detail? Would you like to work in a fast paced and busy environment? If so we may have the perfect position for you! We are currently seeking a Technical Administrator to join a dynamic company based on the outskirts of Yeovil. The role will involve working in a food manufacturing environment and working with customers to provide them with reports, deal with and respond to any complaints and to answer any of their requests. You will be responsible for maintaining and implementing specifications and to transfer them to technical systems used on site. You will also be responsible for managing all aspects of the micro testing which is undertaken by an external lab, ensuring the weekly schedule is adhered to. You will also be responsible for trending the micro results and providing reports to management as necessary. Ideally we are looking for someone that has experience of working in a similar technical or quality administrative role within a food manufacturing environment. However if you have excellent IT skills and have perhaps have scientific/ technical background or have completed a scientific/ research based qualification where you have had to collate data and produce reports we would be keen to receive your application. If you are keen to learn and like working with technical data this role could suit you. This role is based in a rural location and the hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
