A broker, assisting businesses find office space is seeking an Office Administrator based in Tamworth to join its expanding team. You will be working in brand new, fully refurbished office facilities near to the M42 Island.As the Office Administrator your duties will include:• Maintaining Daily Banking Records for UK, EMEA and Asia Pac;• Maintaining UK Daybooks;• Daily sales invoice uploads to SAGE;• Purchase Ledger administration;• Managing accounts, ensuring that debtors are under control;• Handling all invoice queries, including updating admin errors, investigating disputes and presenting evidence, calculating and raising credit notes, etc.• Escalating all other queries through the relevant channels as per the query process, including working with third party collections agencies;• Checking deal confirmations from sales team and ensuring all information is correct;• Checking and updating any information on salesforce as required;• Adding notes, confirmations etc. to salesforce;• Creating the deal sheet, ensuring all data is entered correctly and the board revenue is accurate;• Creating any additional deal sheets required for forward booked resign revenue;• Following the approval process and generating the associated invoice(s);• Filing confirmation emails and confirming figures to the sales team;• Editing invoice information as and when required;• Sending out invoices to the relevant provider on the correct day;• Managing shared mailboxes, categorising emails / forwarding to the relevant people, etc.• General administration duties including filing, processing paperwork and archiving;• Liaising with internal departments regularly to ensure that all processes are followed correctly;• Holiday cover for other members of staff as and when required;• Ad hoc duties as required by the company.To be a successful Office Administrator you will have the following skills and experience:• Experience working in an office environment, ideally in a generalist administration role with some telephone based tasks;• A good understanding of Outlook and Excel, and general use of PCs including the internet / browsers (our CRM is web based). Experience of Sage would be advantageous;• The ability to multi task and work in a reactive environment;• The ability to pick up tasks and processes with ease, and understand the business processes;• Someone who can work under pressure and to deadlines at key times (e.g., month end).In return you will receive a salary of £16,000 per annum.The first stage of the application process is to apply online.Candidate Source Ltd is an Advertising Agency working on behalf of an Employment Agency.
