HR Administrator Our client is looking to recruit a part time HR Administrator to provide an accurate and efficient HR Administration service within a professional organisation. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES *Support recruitment exercises, from authorisation to job appointment, including advertising the role, assistance with interview paperwork, preparation of offer letters and new starter packs and obtaining references; *Manage and process all employee transactions such as annual leave, sickness, changes to details; *Administer any changes to employees roles and provision of benefits as required and ensure all changes have appropriate authorisation; *Produce letters on a weekly basis surrounding any HR requests; *Maintain records and tracking systems for performance evaluation exercises and probationary periods; *Ensure accurate HR records are maintained, including hard copy files and electronic files; *Process leaver documentation and procedures as appropriate; *Process all incoming references; *Administration of all benefit schemes; *Provide information as required to benefits providers, and seek to resolve employee queries; *Deal with all pension queries and provide information to the pension scheme providers as appropriate; *Ensuring all payroll changes are processed by the required deadlines. KEY SKILLS *Previous experience working within a HR administration role is desirable; *Preferable experience in running payroll; *Professional and confident manner showing tact and diplomacy at all times *High degree of accuracy and attention to detail; *Highly organised; *Comfortable liaising at all levels within the business; *Skilled in use of IT packages to an intermediate level, including Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook; This role is part time (20 hours) a week ideally to be worked over 5 days. The role is permanent.
