Job description:
A global Bank are now looking for a Business Analyst for a 6 months contract paying in the region of £400per day. The successful candidate will need experience of 'Remediation Projects' and we will look to see that is clearly defined in the CV. This is a must of this role. We are also looking for 2-5 years' experience in a Business Analyst position in a Bank or similar Financial Services organisation. We are also looking to see experience which should be clearly defined in the CV of the below;. - Process mapping. - Outstanding communication skills. - Experience working on Global Projects. - Certifications such as CBAP, degree education or equivalent. There will be occasional travel with this role to meet stakeholders, so someone who enjoys the occasion but of travel would be useful. Key Responsibilities. - * Define the most appropriate analysis approach to a problem/opportunity to achieve the required goal. - * Elicit, analyse, validate, document and prioritise business and / or system requirements. - * Develop and deploy standardised operational processes across the region. Perform root cause analysis of failure elements & recommend improvements. - * Define the current and future business and technology processes. - * Define the solution design for non-technology projects and support IT with definition of the technology elements. - * Develop User Acceptance Test strategies and plans and support customer sign-off for the deliverable ensuring product is fit for purpose. - * Support and establish the scope of the remediation project. - * This role will be working in a highly regulated environment and be handling highly sensitive information and working with the strictest confidentiality. - * This role will ensure remediation actions are delivered through efficient and effective service to ensure an excellent customer experience and mitigate / minimise reputational risk impact.
