Product Owner / Business Analyst / Project Manager (Agile Software House). Market leading software house is seeking to appoint a Product Owner to ensure the continued success of their flagship product, a complex work place scheduling solution. This role will suit an ambitious BA / PM looking to move into an Agile Product Owner position. As a Product Owner your responsibilities will include gathering business requirements, validating and prioritising these requirements in line with existing commitments, commercial imperatives and product strategy. You'll deliver a product design that fulfils these requirements and act as a liaison between stake holders and the development team working with Agile development methodologies; you'll attend all Scrum meetings (Sprint planning, Product Backlog Grooming, Sprint Review, Retrospectives) and own the product backlog - prioritising and planning sprints within the release. Offices based in South West London, close to a main line station. Requirements: *Experience as a Product Owner / Business Analyst / Project Manager *Advocate of Agile development methodologies, particularly SCRUM *Strong organisation, planning and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail *Excellent communication and relationship building skills *Self-motivated and ambitious As a Product Owner you can expect to earn a highly competitive salary (to £45k) plus benefits.
