Responsibilities: Creating tailor making itineraries to suit your customers’ needs Offer exceptional customer service - your customers will want to keep on coming back to you when they book their next holiday Ensure enquiries are dealt with in a precise manner, understanding your customers’ needs Ensure sales targets are met and exceeded Experience Required: Travel Consultant with a minimum of 1 years sales experience within a Travel Agent in a strong target-driven sales role. You must be able to demonstrate consistently achieving any sales targets set.
