For: Digital Marketing Executive Meyer Scott Ref: VR/03903 Digital Marketing Executive – Peterborough – Perm - £20,000 - £25,000 pa To work alongside the director to create and implement a strategic marketing plan for the company. Continually analyse and tweak the plan to ensure maximum ROI. PPC Advertising • Firstly, carry out a full review of Adwords PPC Advertising • Makes changes to the current campaign to ensure maximum ROI • Analyse and tweak regularly to ensure the campaigns are up to date and the results remain high New Website and Ongoing Website build SEO – work alongside the web team to ensure the new website is the best it can be. •Keyword research •Content creation / re-work •New page set up – meta tags, descriptions etc •Site map and structure •Internal and external link organisation •Usability and SEO testing •Ongoing content creation including a monthly blog post Analytics •Review, monitor and tracking to maximise visits to the website & maximise the revenue from those visits. Using; Keywords Landing Pages Visitor Flow / behaviour Goals Etc. Social Media Management •Review Facebook and Twitter Accounts •Create and publish new content on these accounts •Review Facebook Ads and changes as needed to maximise ROI •Look at other advertising opportunities within social media •Set up new social media network accounts – ie: LinkedIn and Google+ Email Marketing •Review current email marketing strategy – customer and prospect series •Increase newsletter sign ups •Manage the email address database •Create and send a monthly newsletter •Create and send any ad hoc emails •Constantly review and change emails to ensure maximum open, click through and conversion rates Other •Work alongside the design team to create any paper mailshots that fit into the marketing plan •Review the marketing material currently going to customers at each point of their journey – ie: what’s in with their order •Work alongside the animator to create any videos that fit into the marketing plan •Ensure everything you do has the customer in mind •Cross company marketing – work with other departments to ensure we are making the most of each other’s contacts and campaigns •Keep and build on the company’s much loved personality General •To maintain a general awareness of Health and Safety measures and fire procedures. •To keep a business awareness at all times in order to make decisions that will save the company time and money throughout the day. •To utilise company knowledge and experience across the board to provide help and support to managers and peers to ensure the company’s smooth running. •To adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health and safety, security and quality management. •To adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of equipment and materials for which the role has responsibility.
