Customer Account Agents (CAA) are responsible for making contact with our customers within a call centre environment, and are required to effectively negotiate and secure customer payments over the telephone. This is telephone based role, in a call centre environment, delivering excellent call standards to ensure exceptional customer outcomes. You will ensure customers are treated professionally and fairly to ensure the best outcome for both the customer and business whilst ensuring that strict industry guidelines are adhered to. The environment demands the ability to multi-task and ability to react to changing workloads. CAAs will need to be able to handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls whilst navigating our computer systems. Calls are not scripted however call guidelines are provided to ensure CAAs meet legislative requirements. As a CAA you will be responsible for: Handling a large volume of calls via the dialler system and manual calling processes. Ensuring that our host system is updated accurately. Processing payment. Contributing to the success of the department by achieving personal and team KPIs. Requesting any necessary documentation to be sent as required to facilitate agreements with our customers. Maximising the potential to secure a repayment plan or settlement payment which is realistic to both parties by using a problem solving approach with strong interpersonal skills. Ensuring that all calls and correspondence with our customers and third parties comply with industry legislation and guidelines e.g. the Data Protection Act; and company and client specific standards. Effectively selecting the appropriate information resources available to you to support efficient decision making and problem solving. Full time 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday including 2 in 4 Saturdays: 8.30am to 12.30pm.
